A Joint Meeting organised in partnership with UKCPA.

The day will be devoted to Medicines Optimisation in a single therapeutic area. The day will be organised as
one-hour satellites divided roughly into streams - community, interface, acute care - but with delegates able to select from any stream to meet their needs.
