Ravinder Bratch has worked as a hospital pharmacist for almost 20 years gaining experience in anaesthetics and acute pain. She is passionate about advancing patient safety, understanding of clinical human factors and promoting a ‘just’ culture. In addition to this she is involved with the United Kingdom Clinical Pharmacist Surgery and Theatres Group and the Safe Anaesthesia Liaison Group.
