Event Description | ||||
The availability of biosimilars into the NHS has been widely anticipated and welcomed due to the potential savings within the local healthcare economy. The path to creating an equitable sharing of these savings has not been smooth between secondary and primary care colleagues. The Workshop in Birmingham will be composed of pharmacists from both primary and secondary care with a clear focus on the role of pharmacy in creating an environment to enable this medicines optimisation opportunity to be delivered for the betterment of patients and the NHS. In the recognised and established Pharmacy Management Workshop format independent skilled facilitators will work with delegates to identify the challenges and some potential solutions for the maximisation of the value of biosimilars. This meeting has been commissioned by PM Events (a division of Pharman Ltd) on behalf of Napp Pharmaceuticals Ltd. You can see a flier for the event here. | ||||
