At the end of the session you will have an awareness of how community pharmacy currently provide care to mental health patients and the national targets that apply to this. You will have an appreciation of the challenges of the current pharmacy framework in delivering this care and the issues faced by pharmacy teams and the broader multidisciplinary network as well as the patients themselves. There will be an opportunity to discuss and understand how community pharmacy could play an enhanced role in mental health in the future. | ||||
