Community pharmacy and general practice have traditionally worked closely together. As Primary Care Networks prepare to deliver services from March 2020, this session explores steps to build greater engagement and collaboration of clinical services, to take joint working much further and extend the integration of services and the work of multidisciplinary teams so that community pharmacies are supporting the health and care needs of their local population.
