Decision Making - Personal and Team - PM Academy Trainer
Most people or organisations don’t always have a prescribed method for decision making. Those that do tend to have a more consistent and reliable set of outcomes due to the fact that they take into consideration all the relevant people, factors and complexities of the situation.
This session will help you to personally align with that best practice and to consider the things that are important when taking decisions on a personal basis or on behalf of your team and organisation/NHS. We will examine a methodology and some considerations that are critical to limiting mistakes and disenfranchising team members.
Style and approach will need to vary and we will examine what factors to check before making a conscious selection of your own approach. Come equipped to think through some of your own decision making challenges at the moment.
