Satellite Description

We will use some practical exercises to demonstrate typical barriers to effective communication and examine key skills and behaviours to limit the potential for misunderstandings, mistakes and conflict.

Andy Clemson Biograph

Andy has an extensive management background with over 30 years’ experience, encompassing retail pharmacy management, senior pharmaceutical management and 18 years as a Company Director. He specialises in organisational development and the implementation of strategic objectives into collaborative behavioural change at all levels of the organisation through motivated people who better understand what is expected of them in role, but also why they need to change and, critically, how to do it.

Andy's experience includes Strategic Planning, Decision Making, Negotiation, Sales, Change Management and Operational Leadership. His experience working in partnership with large organisations allows him to blend theory and practice seamlessly to give groups and individuals different ways of working to increase results and overall staff satisfaction. He has worked globally with over 500 organisations in more than 30 countries in the last 15 years and has collectively helped to develop well over 100,000 leaders during that time.

Andy has consulted internationally for many organisations, most recently for the likes of the NHS, Swissport, DHL, HSBC, Lloyds Bank, Lufthansa, British Gas and the British Government.
