Utilising PM Trainers from the successful Clinical Leadership in Pharmacy (CLIP) programme to deliver practical learning sessions of skills designed to aid personal and organisation development.

To complement skills acquisition there will be a second session in the webinar to exchange best practice which will be delivered by presenters whose satellite sessions have been significantly oversubscribed at Pharmacy Management Conferences.

The aim of this key session is to help delegates be better placed to effectively communicate new approaches and the day to day management of team members, with the tools and confidence to deal with conflict that arises, challenge issues positively, develop a consistent and professional approach to feedback to gain performance and culture improvements as expected.

This presentation will share the Leeds experience of communicating and working collaboratively between NHS Leeds CCG and 19 PCNs, describing how we have built relationships between the CCG, primary care and other providers in the city, and focused on areas of mutual benefit.
