An interactive webinar focusing on your personal wellbeing to help both you and your pharmacy stay well. The webinar will provide insights into a 4-week wellbeing course developed by Dr Tim Anstiss* and Prof Nina Barnett** which was funded by Upjohn, a division of Pfizer now known as Viatris.

As we start to exit this phase of the Covid-19 pandemic, it remains more important than ever to focus on our personal health and wellbeing and how it can impact our services, families and personal lives.

This interactive webinar delivered by Dr Tim Anstiss* and Professor Nina Barnett** and chaired by Viatris Senior Medical Advisor Dr Mercede Pannozzo (PhD) will explore several evidence informed strategies to help you recover, protect and improve your mental health and wellbeing over time.
