For over thirty years PM has been concerned with bringing the NHS and the pharmaceutical industry together to their mutual advantage.
Quite rightly, interactions between these two very different entities are always under scrutiny. We aim to act always in an ethically responsible fashion and in the PM Charter we have set out these principles to which we hold ourselves.
We need to have effective and unambiguous working relationships between the companies developing new treatments and the clinicians who will make the decisions on using them. It's what the public expects, and it is what the close partnership between industry and the NHS deserves.
