In November 2017 NICE published its guideline on the chronic management of asthma. This means that in the UK we have two main asthma management guidelines, NICE and those produced by BTS/SIGN, which was last updated during 2016. In this session Anna will compare the differences and similarities between the two sets of guidelines, whilst relating the guidance to clinical practice to support optimising the prescribing of asthma medicines to gain and maintain control. | ||||
