This presentation will focus on the unmet needs of CVD and the implications of the NHS long term plan. It will review the evidence base as well as discuss the opportunities for collaborative pharmacy working to improve the health of the population with CVD and examples of implementation in practice. This will be an interactive session, suitable for all levels. | ||||
